I am getting an error message ‘Invalid postal code / city name’ when entering my postal code/city name. How can I resolve this?

Our system automatically detects the location when you enter a postal code.  If you are getting an ‘Invalid postal code/City name’ message, please make sure that you are entering the correct information.  If you are sure that the information is correct, please contact us at support@freelance.com and provide the postal code you are entering and the country you are selecting so we can check and solve the problem.
