This may happen in the following cases:
1. You have not activated your account. In this case, you will need to activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent to your email address. If you have not received this in your email, please contact our Support team at http://support.freelance.com and they will resend this email to you.
2. You have not reached the 60% profile completeness score. In this case, you will need to fill up various sections of your profile such as Professional Experience, Education, Further Training, Professional Skills, Spoken Languages etc. in order to achieve the 60% completeness score. Once you have done so, you will be able to see the 'Submit application' button on the job description page.
3. You have not logged into your account on freelance.com as freelancer. Please login and then try.
