You can be sure that the freelance.com database is up-to-date. Indeed, contractors who are registered on the site regularly update their profiles, and it is not possible for a contractor to respond to a job offer if their profile isn't sufficiently complete. In addition, the contractors receive automatic reminders when their profile hasn't been updated for the last 120 days.
Freelance.com automatically alerts all of its contractors by automatic email to encourage them to update their CV (every 90 days).
