If you choose the freelance/direct model, freelance.com doesn't interfere in the hiring process or in the process of the well execution of the project. With this model, you will need to directly manage and deal with a situation with the contractor in question. In fact, by choosing this model, as its name indicates, the employer is in direct contact with the contractor.

However, if you choose the freelance/Corp model, a Business Manager will handle any situation. The Business Manager is an intermediary between the employer and the contractor throughout the whole hiring process and then during the validation. The Business Manager is a great support and help for the employer to find and choose the suitable candidate for the job and to make sure that the entire process goes perfectly.
